The roadways for Phase 1 are nearly complete. These roadways are used as taxiways for general aviation aircraft with clearance for maximum 40 foot wingspans. The tie down area adjacent to the runway is complete and is available for guests, owners, and those inquiring about lot sales.

Water and Power

The culinary water system of the Fruitland Water District as well as the Power Companies' lines have been completed adjacent to the development. These lines will be stubbed to each of the lots in Phase 1 by June ’06. You should plan on paying the water impact fee as soon as possible to secure your water access. An additional connection fee is required before you receive your final certificate of occupancy for your cabin. (See our Fact Sheet for further information). After you pay your fees and obtain approval from the county and from the Thunder Ridge Architectural Committee, you can begin construction.

Hangars

Once you obtain approval from the Thunder Ridge Architectural Committee for your hangar, you can apply for a building permit for your hangar from the Duchesne County Building Department right now so you have a place for your plane this year.
