Thunder Ridge Airpark Guest Privileges
The Airpark runway and facilities are available to members of the Thunder Ridge Homeowners Association, their guests, or those making inquiries regarding lot sales. All guests must register via email at least four days in advance of arrival. If you are a guest of a lot owner you do not need an acknowledgement from us to land, but please send us your information at guestreg@thunderridgeairpark.com. Please include pilot's name, lot owner's name, N-number, aircraft type, aircraft owner's name if different, address, phone number and dates of stay.

If you are interested in a lot and would like to fly in to experience our hideaway, send the same contact information and await acknowledgement from us before landing at sales@thunderridgeairpark.com. We will try to respond within 24 hours. Your phone number will be important.
Maximum Stay

Each guest registered aircraft is granted a maximum 7 day stay in any 21 day period unless special permission is received via email.

Parking Privileges

The tie-down area is available overnight to lot owners and their guests only. One registered guest aircraft or vehicle is permitted up to 2 nights in any 30 day period.

Driving Directions

From Heber City, Utah, head SE out of town on highway 40 for 47 miles (view our driving map). Upon entering Fruitland turn left across from the only store. Head north for 3.7 miles and turn left past a sign for "Bandana Ranch". You will come to a locked gate and will need to have the combination to enter. Lock the gate and travel one mile past the gate and turn left on Airport Road. Take Airport Road for 1 mile until you come to the airpark. Parking is available in the tie down area on the northwest side of the runway.
