Airpark Road Access 

The air park development is located in Duchesne County, UT.  Take Highway 40 from Heber City approximately 45 miles to Fruitland, UT.  The airpark is accessed via County road 4500 W.   Upon reaching the gate at the entrance of Bandanna Ranch, a combo must be entered.  The combo changes every May.  For our visitors call us on the "find us" page prior to your trip for the combo. Lot owners will find the combo on their annual Bandanna newsletter or check at

 

Electric Service

Power is stubbed to each lot. The landowner will be responsible for extending the power into the lot. Moon Lake typically requires a secondary transformer for distances greater than 250' from the main transformer. All Estate lots have a transformer at the road. For the Ranches the transformer is at the entry gate to the lot. For more information call Moon Lake Electric at 435-722-2448.  All costs are included in Home Packages.

 

Culinary Water

Each lot has a water stub. The hookup fees for culinary water are approximately $7500. For more information contact Fruitland Water Improvement District at 435-548-2399. This cost is already included in Home Packages.

Schools servicing the area are in Duchesne (city) approximately 25 miles from Fruitland UT via Highway 40. For further information, contact Duchesne County School District 435-738-1240

 

Shopping

Fruitland Utah is a recreational area with a "convenience" store with gasoline and diesel available. The primary shopping areas would be Duchesne to the east (26 miles) or Heber City to the west (45 miles). Both town are accessed by Highway 40.

 

Medical Facilities

Heber City offers the closest full service medical care located at 1485 South Hwy 40. For more information call 435-654-2500. Heber City is approximately 45 miles from Fruitland.
