1.  All Airpark lots in the above plat include utility connections and underground power lines AND a shared transformer. Clients who place homes more than 250' from the transformer may require a secondary transformer  + $5/ft for a standard electrical line and trench costs.  In some cases, the secondary transformer can be avoided by placing the electric meter near the primary transformer and sizing the electrical line appropriately.  

2.  All  Airpark lots include water lines and electric transformer access at the front lot line or your private gate entrance.   

3.  Airpark LOT ONLY prices do not include water connection/impact fees therefore buyer is responsible for arranging connection by contacting Fruitland Special Service District.

4.  Utility poles are not permitted and customer side electric lines must be placed underground.
